There are two fifty plus condominium complexes in the Clovelly Trails Subdivision, both offer detached and attached bungalows, with plans for a multiplex in Osprey Landing, the newer of the two. Manchester is located in the older, established area of the subdivision, while Osprey Landing is in the newer area and only a short walk to the golf course. Building is ongoing in the Osprey Landing Condominium Complex.

Clovelly Trails is a family orientated neighbourhood. It’s not unusual to see street hockey games and children playing in the cul de sacs.
