I began dreaming about a starting a St. John's and area real estate blog about a year ago. At the time I never thought it would be a so long before the first post. But it's great timing since two weeks ago I joined the Coldwell Banker Hanlon Real Estate office. So new and great beginnings all around.  

This blog will cover all things real esate and may wander into few other areas as the mood strikes. I just finished adding a Mount Pearl Real Estate Watch Report on my website. Watch for other area reports in the coming weeks.
