As promised, I'm going to delve a little deeper into the various segments that make up the regional real estate market. I'll start tonight with St. John's Central, later this week I'll post similiar stats for St. John's East.

These postings will eventually form the background for a comprehensive real estate market report with some analysis and thoughts on where the market might be heading. For now it's a snapshot of the market activity over the past two years. I'll look at what it all means at a later date.
