St. John's North Market Watch
Well when you take a look at St. John's North the people who sold single family homes under $175,000, and from $175,100 - $250,000 get the nod for best performance. Sales were up 16% and 25% respectively. Prices didn't appreciate all that much (1.6 and 1.2%) but, compared to other market segments in that area, that could be considered good.
