Two New Condominium Projects for Mount Pearl
There are a number of existing condominium developments in Mount Pearl. These two new developments nicely round out the styles and quality available in the town.

       Avery Place Condominiums is the first phase of a much larger active Seniors Complex. Currently they are building attached and semi-detached bungalows. Further plans include condo apartments. Located off Park Avenue this complex is adjacent to the banks of the Waterford River and promises beautifully landscaped grounds. Prices range from $174,500 to $189,500.
