Given that it is the end of July I thought it would be a good time to take a closer look at what has been happening with Mount Pearl Real Estate this year . The following* information gives you a quick snapshot of the activity for detached bungalows, 2 story and 2- apartment homes. The tables compare sales for Jan 01 - July 31, 2008 to the same period in 2007. Prices have been rounded to the nearest $100.00.
Detached Bungalows (single family) - Currently there are 7 active listings with an average list price of $250,500.00.
