The tables compare sales for Jan 01 - July 31, 2008 to the same period in 2007. Prices have been rounded to the nearest $100.00.

Detached Bungalows (single family) - Currently there are 7 active listings with an average list price of $250,500.00.

Using these figures we can see that the price of a single family bungalow has increased 17% over the same period last year.
