Our Thoughts, Hopes and Prayers
Yesterday morning we heard the news that a helicopter had ditched at sea 30 nautical miles east southeast of St. John’s. Eighteen people were aboard. Thirty hours later 1 man is in hospital in critical condition, and one body has been recovered. Sixteen people are still in the North Atlantic.
Today we are dreading nightfall when the Coast Guard will cease search and rescue efforts for the day.
We still pray for a miracle and send all our thoughts, hopes and prayers out to the family and friends of the passengers on Cougar 911.
